WE ARE FAMILY!!!

RSV season is coming to a close! We can actually be out and about with our little Anna Joy, as long as we're careful! As much as we want to jump right back into everything, we are still going to take baby steps. Anna Joy has an appointment with her Dr. at the end of the month, where we hope to have some good discussions about how to transition this summer and into next year.

Here are some praises that occurred this month:
  • A speech therapist evaluated Anna and said that she felt that Anna was beginning to make some sounds that were appropriate for her corrected age.
  • We took Anna to the Children's Hospital for her 4-month evaluation and the Dr. and occupational therapist both felt that Anna was developing very well based on her corrected age.
  • Anna was weighed this week and had that largest weight gain since she has been home from the hospital. She now weighs 12 pounds 6 ounces!

I am SO thrilled for you being able to venture out! Such great news about Anna's progress in so many areas- just shows how wrong the statistics can be- and WHAT A BIG GOD WE SERVE!:)

I'm sure you have no shortage of requests for visits, but I need to see you. Let me know when you can fit us in and we will come to you or have you over...whichever is easiest for you guys. Also, wondering if you could use anything...a day of me babysitting Chad and Heather, a run of errands, or a housecleaning? PLEASE...let me know.
